Rehab Aftercare

This program was created to accommodate physical therapy patients who have been discharged from PT but could benefit from further strengthening / stretching / conditioning under indirect supervision.

Monthly membership includes a web-based video exercise program that patients can access anytime, anywhere. Programs are individualized for the patient. The therapist will update this program on a monthly basis, and is available by email to answer any questions.

Monthly Membership: $85

These patients are no longer under the care of a physical therapist or doctor and do NOT require a doctor's prescription.
