What’s your golf fitness handicap?

All the tools of the game won't help you reach optimum performance until your body is prepared to respond. That’s why we’ve teamed up with BACKtoGOLF and the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to bring you "A Better Golf Body" through our GOLF FIT program.

Our Certified Golf Fitness Instructor uses a functional movement screen to assess your posture, flexibility, strength, and balance and then designs a customized conditioning program, including individualized corrective exercises aimed at addressing asymmetries that may predispose you to injury.

Using the workout builder software within the TPI website, we are able to provide you with a workout that’s easy to administer, simple to follow, and produces the maximum results in the most efficient manner.

Are you injured and wanting to return to golf?

Our GOLF FIT sports rehab program is aimed at getting the injured golfer back out on the course.

GOLF FIT is directed by Doug Harvey, PT, OCS, CSCS. Doug has over 12 years of experience in orthopaedic physical therapy and is a board certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

A former collegiate golfer at Ohio Wesleyan University, he has a special interest in golf-related injury rehabilitiation and performance enhancement. Doug is a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute.
